Ok, I'll say it... Yikes!
But I've seen worse and any Delta is worth saving.
You CAN do it and you'll have a better Delta for your efforts.

On inspection the impeller looked OK but since I had a new one I put it in along with new gaskets. Launched the boat today and still ...

Hi Jim
Welcome to HPBC.
I'm running an Aquarius from HCD with a Merc 60... Loads of fun.
You should post links to your used hulls here. There's interest.

Playmate transom short shaft or long? 20". Long. I have mine setback 5" and up from the jackplate approx. 4". The prop runs fully submerged. I'm guessing with a bit more setback or with a surfacing prop, short shaft could work. Food for thought. Be looking for a home for a 52 short s...

One knows we take a chance when buying offshore products. Nice to know there's still bricks and mortar importers who employ customer service and ser...

It's a small project. Needs floor (one sheet of ply) and a single stringer.
Hull gel is good, could use a top coat.
Picked it cause it has a small pad
Love to finish it but other projects are higher priority.
