Ok, I'll say it... Yikes! But I've seen worse and any Delta is worth saving. You CAN do it and you'll have a better Delta for your efforts. |

So this was new to me anyway... During first run or the T-Cat/Merc 60 last week we noticed water outflow wasn't good. No problem I thought, I'll replace the impeller. On inspection the impeller looked OK but since I had a new one I put it in along with new gaskets. Launched the boat today and still ... |

Been looking for a home for a 52 short shaft at some point in the future. For the right price.......add a nice set back.....centre steer......60hp short shaft Merc....good prop.....CLASSIC!!! Playmate transom short shaft or long? 20". Long. I have mine setback 5" and up from the jackplate approx. 4". The prop runs fully submerged. I'm guessing with a bit more setback or with a surfacing prop, short shaft could work. Food for thought. Be looking for a home for a 52 short s... |

Thanks for that video, fun watch. Guess they're a little more lax about race course locations there, spectators and private docks were pretty close. Made for good footage.

It's a small project. Needs floor (one sheet of ply) and a single stringer. Hull gel is good, could use a top coat. Picked it cause it has a small pad Love to finish it but other projects are higher priority. |
