I am looking to set my boat up with all the proper race hardware, steering, steering bars for the motor. Any idea what what it might ball park to set it up this way?

Lil Charger has a 2 Delta's he's regularly bustin up and repairing, has the experince to advise what works,...eventually.
I'd recommend hauling it to Top Gun Marine on hwy 11 N of Bradford; Paul will advise what you need, cost, how to.
TGM is go to T-racing hardware supplier.
Glad to see you're engaged for next year.
