Im pretty sure there are no air leaks. Ive got it sealed up pretty nice with new gaskets and ive fixed all the pipe plugs from the oil injection delete. I used moto1 gasket maker to join the block where it splits, new orings and seals on the crank. I will have a close look at it though and make sure there are no problem areas.

Always good to truly know.

Hopefully all works out. I'm really interested to know the motors porting etc. any heights measured ?

I did measure it way back when...but I don't know if I could find my notes.

The carbs that came with it had 180s in it. No signs of any air leaks.

Today i put in Air jets around half the size and it seems to have made difference. I was actually running around on the 180 main jets this morning. Its still not where i think it should be but it will get me through this weekend.

180's but with low compression heads is how it was set up when James had it.

I'm glad the small air jets are helping. Sounds like they are the ticket.

What is the total advance on the computer ignition? Should I look for the basic ignition?
