This is an interesting video. First off the motor is an original Yamaha 70CES. It’s nice to listen to the sound of a CES close up. WATCHING the motor you will see the steering arm rise out of the swivel bracket. I haven’t seen that before on a commercial outboard. You do see a vertical lift on the F1 mercury race motors.
