I can see where Thom is coming from. I have had an epiphany... I can certainly see how tunnels could take away from what we already have. It makes more sense to me now to put 30hp motors on T boats. This way kids can easily graduate to T750 or T850 with just a motor and setup change.

At age 9 kids can run J Hydro. At age 12 they could move up to Ax Hydro or get a new boat and run Gt30!

Rick, how long before you get Henry a 30 Yamaha for the voodoo?

The 30 is in the shop, so is a 50 and a 90 :).

I had the exact same thought Dave. T30 and TJ using the same boat..not necessarily a full size T boat but a Dillon or winrace style. It would be nice if you could run all the J's together. That being said I'll just get Henry a J hydro to run and he can practice his T driving at home lol.

I had given some thought about a smaller version of the T boat for the entry boat. When I looked at the speeds the smaller boats ran other than the pure GT30 boats they were not that fast. The new composite Critchfield will run fast enough and the owner/racer can move to T750 with the same boat. That is a good trade off in my view.

Seems Mr. Gilbert had an accident. His daughter's horse kicked him in the balls. I sent the horse a thank you card and some fresh canadian oats.

Thanks Don.
Much appreciated.
The word is Karma.......
And it's pronounced "Ha Ha Ha Fuck You!"

BTW, if someone needs a 750 motor I've got a Sizzler that we may run for a week or 2 on Jr's 15R before we swap the Hustler into the mix.......

Did you and rowboat get together to have mid section steering arms made for the 2 and 3 cylinder OMC? They would be very good for the 2 cylinder because of the motor bolt problem and good for the person going from a 2 cylinder to a 3 cylinder. They can use the same steering arm.
