Yes, they made V4 loopers (90 degree), I owned one - 1989 with the Canadian white painted block. Can’t comment on any other V4s but I suspect yes.

Nagging me, thought they had to have. Not sure about the X flows , haven't looked at a tag in years.
With the smaller Canadian market maybe made them for global export.
