SST 60 Cowls.....Dan was taking orders for the cowl.
Decal kits for JOHNSON SST 60 are on ebay $65.00 Canadian
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Johnson-SST-60 ... 2576985182

PISTONS for the 56 oval port......must have rectangular rings
MAKE SURE you use correct piston and rings
The Replaces OEM 0778476.
Evinrude Johnson OMC Piston & rng Kit, std 5006694 is equivalent to parts:
DOUBLE CHECK TO BE SURE
3172PS Wiesco
3072PS Wiesco
3022PS Wiesco
778476 Evinrude Johnson OMC BRP
9-53432 Mallory Marine
23740 GLM correct piston and rings

NITRO cases
- gears are costly....about $1000.00 Canadian for the 3
- new drive shafts are costly...used are rare to find
- carriers are available.....better buy is getting a 2 cylinder nitro and using the case, carrier and prop shaft from it

NEW CRITCHFIELD BOATS are available from TOP GUN and new Deltas from Andrew are in the works
I believe the one 13 Murphy is still available.

USED T's......there are 3 current on KIJIJI
- FE DELTA
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-powerboat-motor ... nFlag=true
Needs a lot of work!

- Marty open deck Critchfield
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-powerboat-motor ... nFlag=true
I think it is a 49 and was one of Dan's boats......not a light hull...has had a lot of money spend on it.

-Voo-Doo
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-powerboat-motor ... nFlag=true

This is a light boat.....Mark on this site has just finished restoring a VooDoo 30 hp yamaha for his son.
This Voo Doo is costly, but, there is value when you consider the motor and prop. It does not appear to need work. THAT IS IMPORTANT!
IF? you wanted a boat for your son or daughter , you could save the motor for later and switch the motor for now.
EXAMPLE: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-powerboat-motor ... nFlag=true
You only need steering bars, and adjust the tach to run the OMC twin......the electrics, the cables and the PROP work as does the set up. Taking time and money into consideration.....not a bad buy.

The open deck critch in the link does have a 49'er on it. 1985 70hp powerhead, pro 50 yamaha trim, nice 24 raker. We put it together for the current owner. Cut the transom height down for the 15", added the aluminum plates, new allison seats, rewired the boat etc. She is a great driving hull, not a potato chip like our delta but handles chop nicer

There's a Voodoo with a 60 HP Merc around Montreal area. No trailer for $1200 on kijiji.
You'll have to do your home work on this one. It's been for sale for about a month.

Thanks Don

YES, and he will make changes to the decals to suit your need. He changed the size [a bit larger] of a horsepower decal on a Mariner decal set for me and am I going to ask him to have the SST 60 decal on this set changed to read SST 45 so I can use the decal set on my T-750 OMC cowl.

That looks like a tidy little piece. Good value there!
