I am sure everyone has noticed the changes in the workplace. Computers do most of the communication and there is a lot of people with the same skill set. There are lots of lawyers, tech people, but few people have good face to face communication skills. Skilled trades people with business sense and communication skills will be very successful and most will have their own companies. I very good friend who was CEO of an Insurance company advised his son to look at a skilled trade. He noticed that the average age for a STONE MASON at that time was 55. By the time his son was 30 he had is own business and is very successful.

Agreed 100%! The shortage of trades people over the next few years is of concern. I feel like wages and benifits for such will increase greatly over the next while. Righfully so!

We were able to get the deck sprayed tonight. It turned out decent, plenty shiny but a bit of dirt and one fairly good run. Im hoping we can rub it out.
Otherwise match is pretty close and it looks clean. Were stoked!
