Thanks guys. Getting anxious to get this back together now. I was able to procure a new steering setup (thanks rowboat), found 2 leads on jackplates (thanks V8 and 58evinrude) and even a lower unit (thanks Hydroman316). Now all that's left really is a fuel pump & filter, exhaust divider, trim switches, and time to put it all together!

I got a few ex dividers an plates from 2.4s if you need. and a holly red pump. lemmie know if I can help

get me a pic of your exhaust divider, i dont think its the same as a typical 2.4l.. i might be mistaken but i think yours is a fat block. lets get that thing on the water!! :mrgreen:

I don't know how I missed this post. Can you send me some pictures of what you have for dividers? And any idea of what pressure the red pump is capable of? I've seen them on carb motors, unsure if they'll work on efi

Sean, I have a older Weldon fuel pump that was on the Skater when it had 260's. It is yours if you want it.
