I took a forstner bit and bored a shallow flat hole in the top of my bunks and used galvanized carraige bolts to fasten them to the trailer. That way if the wood get a little soft, your bunks do not fall off. Looking good James, LOVE the basement!!!!!

Exactly what i did. the one photo is of just the bunks sitting there. carriage bolts seem to work very well and easy.

Love the lower level of your house but it could use some of those canvas print here and there and while your at it put the BIG screen TV... :mrgreen:

What are the oil pump upgrades or is it new ones?

I assume James did the same upgrade I did , changing from the original round top pumps with the diapham in then to the new style pump with the one way valves installed mid line.

Got her on the trailer.. it seems to fit pretty good.

Its upgrades from the previous pumps. it is very easy to install. the kits run about $375 i think. i ordered them from Georgian bay yamaha down the road from me.
