I am slowly getting things together for this project. So far I am working on the motor. I have everything ready to go back together. All the parts I needed came from Boomer and Top Gun. I had a couple of cylinders bored and i am working on cleaning and final honing. The power head should be assembled this week. I also painted the cowling and put some new decals on it. Thanks for the contact Wildcatt. :)

I've been getting some things done on the boat. Solid mounts, 2.5 inches of setback and a new skeg by Kawartha Prop. I just have to get it all put together. Still some work to be done inside too. If all goes well I could be boating this weekend.

Thanks Guys. I had it running on the hose yesterday. This weekend isn't looking good weather wise, but that's not stopping me from getting things done :)
