We can't be totally sure on that, but - If the bunks didn't cause it to happen, they sure accelerated the process.

Not sure if something like this product makes sense with the ribs so the water can dissipate. http://www.gatorbak.com/ Not sure if the ribs flatten out over time or they keep their shape.

Not all that easy, you missing the week of sanding. :lol:
Shot 3 coats, 10 litres of straight gel, no additives.
Just hardener and a little wax in the last coat to dry.
More then twice the sanding but the best way to guard against any more osmosis.

One layer of plywood is replaced with White Mould. :!:

Then it was all Bonded with Fillets of Thickened Epoxy.
Next it will be covered in cloth and epoxy.
