They've had a tough spring. First they had a storage building come down...now this..

Right, I saw that on the news. Someone didn't consider snow load.
I imagine the 300 would have needed a couple crooks to even let fall into a pickup bed or on a trailer. Possible small boom winch in the bed.

I doubt the 'specified snow load' was the reason.

Ya...we didn't have much snow on roofs with the amount of wind we had..

Funny enough, wind could be a factor for sure.
