Saturday February 28th
Registration: 8:45 A.M. – 9:30 A.M.
General Meeting: 9:45 A.M. – 11:45 A.M.
2014 Reports
Election of Officers: VP Eastern – VP Western –VP Racing – Club Representative
New Business if time permitted (also PM 2:30 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.)
Member's vote as per Government request

Lunch Break: 11:45 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
Category Meetings: 1:00 P.M. - 2:30 P.M.
General Meeting: New Business 2:30 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Annual Banquet:
Cash bar: 6:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
Annual Banquet: 7:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M.

Category Meetings: 1:00 P.M. - 2:30 P.M
If you are making any rule changes in your class or in the general rules, you must present and have the changes voted on and passed at this convention.
Any current CBF card holder can vote, so make sure you have enough class support present at the convention to pass your changes.

Any T class racers attending the convention....we need someone to present the T rule changes for the upcoming season. I do know that Don, Erik, Rick and myself can not attend due to other commitments.

Can this not be sent with another TORC member who is going? What about skype? facetime? etc... Planning to be sledding that weekend. If that falls through I'm still not driving 5 hours to hand in a set of rules. Has everyone looked over these rules over and voted on it?

not official info... I wasn't paying the most attention...haha.

4 spots I think were up for election...
Club/Vintage Director: remained the same, Scott Cameron
VP Racing I think was another: remained the same, Mike Monahan
VP Western: remained the same: Brian MacGregor
VP Eastern: new Bert Henderson

Election in the fall will be for:

President, Secretary, PR, Treasurer

Take note everyone... Changes were made to the by-laws, key things: all voting will take place at the convention from now on. You can proxy vote if you live more than 1000km from the AGM location. The existing by-laws state how and when rule changes are to be submitted... this was unchanged, but sounded like it would be more enforced to encourage attendance.
