Not sure if you guys are members to this site. YET.
Let's see if there is interest during the 2012 race season.
This would be something we would work on for next year. [2013]
At TORC we want to expand our boat count in Thunder Cat.
I did have feedback that there were several of these tunnels in Ontario and at least 3
of you were interested in racing.
The Thunder Cat group is interested.
So, let's see what is out there and if it can be a fit.
I think there are two groups.
[1] is the 55 to 60 mph Sport C, Fat C , Speed Cat type hulls either fiberglass or wood.
[2] is the 14 foot SST 60 type hulls running in the 70 mph range.
If you boat ran the same speeds as one of the Thunder Cat classes you should fit in.

I could pick up this one next time I'm down south!
Might run alright with a 2 or 3cyl?

Dave, that is exactly the type of hulls we are looking for.
Run a 50 hp and it is a 60 plus mph boat.
The stinger would make it unsafe.

Now this would work for the older racers...Scooter and Hounddog Racing..Nice comfortable seats..cup and rod holders...We just need to repower with a new Tohatsu from Todd.
