Gravenhurst Race Updates

Hello racers, fans, and enthusiasts.

TORC will be making its second stop of the Ontario Powerboat Racing Series at Gull Lake Park in Gravenhurst on June 24-25 to host the seventh-annual Muskoka Powerboat Races!
The racing will be from 10am-5pm both Saturday and Sunday. The announcers on stage for this year are Harry Wilson and Jeff Lytle.
For spectators, admission is by donation with all proceeds going towards Tour For Kids. This local organization uses 100% of money raised to support kids cancer camps in Ontario. Last year we helped raise over $1,000. For more info, check out http://www.tourforkids.com/ontario/

Look forward to seeing you there!

I just figured your bucket of bolts was only good for one race!

I was at the races on Saturday. Good weather all day. Total boat count was down due to APBA race in the states on the same weekend.
T Boat count was very low. Only 5 boats in total.

There ended up being 6 boats Saturday and 7 Sunday. Still lots of fun and some really good tight racing in hydros and T.

Tom had the 4 -stroke absolutely flying in the second heat today and had an awesome race with Jeremy right down to the last corner of the last lap. It was really fun to watch.

Great day!

The T750's are all very competitive. They keep improving their set ups every year. Tom had a tough day Saturday and flipped his hydro the heat before the T750. The T850's were ALL VooDoos no Critchfields. Thom showed me pictures of his new Allison T850 boat. He hoped to have it there Sunday to display its new paint.
