This is the ad which RIVERMAN had placed a few years back. I bought his boat.

1973 hydrostream viper non wedged hull.
Boat has been recored with balsa (vacuum bagged), Dow Derekane 8084 vinylester and iso polyester resins and re gelled in white. Bottomed has been blueprinted.

Seastar Pro steering with bulkhead fittings thru splashwell. Tach, garmin gps, blinker style trim, rex marine shifter, Water pressure, volt and trim gauges, on custom made carbon fibre console. Centre steer with 2 allison style buckets. Either seat is removable in seconds. Bobs machine foot throttle.

50 litre fuel tank , bilge pump odessey battery and charger.

Johnson 140 crossflow on bobs 5" convertible bracket. Custom louvered "STINGER GP cowl. Custom pan and rigging hoses. Pan has trim switch. POWERHEAD has "9 PAGES" mods completed. 1 3/8 carbs KR 15 light flywheel with titanium bolts. Two sets of 317848/849 heads, one is stock one set is shaved. Chris Carson reeds with modified cages and stuffing blocks.

Powerhead adapter is 1977 v4 with desirable tuner. (uncut) TAYLOR MARINE midsection with machined exhaust relief and custom clamp bracket. Shimmed upper mounts. Graecase has a welded Mazco cone with LWP. Carrier is pinned in 4 places.

Custom lift plate on cavitaion plate and custom drag plate on bottom of setback bracket.

$8000.00 FIRM with assorted props.
..........................................................................................................................
END OF RIVERMANS AD.

Additionally; the gearcase has been checked and now has new seals, the trailer has been repainted and looks really nice.
The two bucket seats now have upholstered bottoms.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE POWERHEAD WAS TOTALLY DISMANTLED LAST WINTER AND THE BLOCK WAS STRAIGHTENED. THE ENGINE HAS 2 HOURS OF BRAKE IN TIME ON THE NEW PISTONS AND RINGS. ALL WORK WAS DONE BY TED AT SPEEDMASTER MARINE. HE ALSO DID SOME EXHAUST WORK.

The engine is incredibly strong. Runs perfect. Boat would run low 80's prior to TED performing his magic. I will get some pics to post or if you wish i can send them email. My email is 77stinger@gmail.com My phone is 250 460 0127. This is my sons boat but i am looking after the sale for him. He has no time to use it. ASKING 7500.00

Thanks so much will send the pics to you.. The boat and especially the motor are much better now than when riverman owned it. The motor is awesome from bottom to top. Needs nothing. Was also changed over to 24 volts, on Teds ( AT SPEEDMASTER) recommendation. I broke the engine in and it has 2 hours on it. That was in May. My son is not home enough now to use it. So its for sale. He will look at all offers.
