Go onto the Allison forum.
A guy rebuilt one a few years ago with resto pics, perfect job.
Sold it last year for a fair bit but had to wait.
Not a highly desirable hull in the grand scheme of things.

Are you sure it doesn't have a core? I thought the early ones had a plywood core and the later ones had balsa or something. It would have to be next to free to justify the expense of rebuilding....which in my eyes it would be a cool project for sure it's just not worth FA the way it sits.

I guess I need to reword that. The core is dust. It had a core when it was new lol. The guy that did the floor did the core at the front but didn't notice that the rear was rotted out. And the transom was rotted at the bottom. He wants to get around the 2000 dollar mark for it with the trailer. I may be better off to just keep my hydrostream I know it's dry and not rotted.

Yep, keep the Stream. It's a known entity.
The GT20, worthless and an unknown performer.
Besides, you know as well as anyone on the site that a rebuild is only slightly less expensive than a new hull, depending on how you value your time.

Why not offer the Stream up for trade for something you want

My luck selling stuff isn't very good lately I can't give my stuff away. I would trade the hydrostream for a ski boat for sure

I really like those hulls and was looking at it as well. But Like Rick said - it's a complete job, so you need to get it for free to make any financial sense.
I'd love to see one in the area, as they are fairly rare up here.
