I have a 1995 Evinrude 40hp short shaft with aluminum steering bars. It has 60hp carbs and air box is removed.It was set up with through transom trim but will include stock trim if wanted. It has a low water pickup system on it with a torque tab on the skeg. It was winterized last fall and has not been used since. Asking $1500 obo
